Who we are
Deo Centric Marketing ("we", "us") is a marketing and web design studio based in Pretoria, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@deocentric.co.za.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — name, email, phone, business name and your message.
- Usage data collected by Google Analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To send you information you have asked for. We do not sell your data or send unsolicited marketing.
Who we share it with
We use third-party processors to run the site and our business, including Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google (Analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings (up to 14 months).
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@deocentric.co.za and we will action it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
