From there we scope the work, agree a fixed quote, and keep you updated through to launch. After launch you get 30 days of support included, and the option of an ongoing care plan.

Do I need to supply photos and videos?

It helps. We plan the content and write everything; raw photos or clips from you keep it authentic. For businesses that cannot shoot their own, we arrange content shoots separately.

Is ad spend included?

No — boosted posts and paid campaigns are billed separately from the management retainer, and we agree any spend with you first.
