The basics that apply to this site and to projects we take on.

The content on this site is provided for general information about Deo Centric Marketing and our services. Prices shown are indicative starting points, not offers — every project is quoted individually.
Project terms
The following apply to work we carry out unless your written quote says otherwise:
- Payment: 50% deposit to begin, 50% before launch or handover. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
- Timelines: standard lead time is 7–14 working days depending on scope. Delays in supplying content or feedback move the delivery date.
- Revisions: minor edits (text, images, small layout tweaks) are included during the project. New pages, new sections or new functionality are quoted separately.
- Ownership: on the full-ownership option, the website and all files transfer to you once final payment is received. On a managed plan, the site remains under our management and can be unpublished if the plan is cancelled.
- Not included unless stated: domain and hosting fees, premium plugins or licences, third-party subscriptions, stock media, and copywriting where content is not supplied.
- Cancellation: monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding amounts must be settled first.
Liability
We take care with our work but do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
